AVAPE NET

In the search to diversify its sources of fundraising and self-support in its social actions, in 2008 AVAPE implemented AVAPE NET, in partnership with the Interamerican Development Bank, in a three-storey building located in São Bernardo do Campo (SP).

The aim is to offer companies differentiated services and solutions in the fields of: business, marketing, finance, administration and technology, in addition to fostering excellence in its relations with its clients.

This enterprise was conceived with the mission of including persons with or without disabilities in the social and digital milieu and in the search for their first job.

More than just a contact center, AVAPE NET is aligned with the organization’s values. The project meets AVAPE’s directives for including persons with disabilities and in generating funds for its self-support through added-value services.

AVAPE NET is equipped with modern technological infrastructure and a highly qualified team. Currently, 150 service positions (SPs) are operating, out of a projected total of 260, where 500 agents will work, 30% of them persons with disabilities. The building is equipped with the most modern facilities in terms of accessibility and security of information, and is adapted to meet the standards of the Brazilian Association for Technical Standards (ABNT). The work stations are adapted for each professional hired.

AVAPE NET was designed to create 600 jobs in four years, among them: presential work and telecommuting, with professionals in the contact Center segment, including those with reduced mobility and others in search of their first professional opportunity.


DIFFERENTIAL

Telecommuting is a method of providing services in which professionals with reduced mobility can work from home with support and proper technology.
This represents an important differential of the project, which besides providing this section of the population with jobs and income, respects all social, legal, occupational medicine and ergonometric requirements.


SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

AVAPE NET offers a very important differential for modern corporations wishing to ally quality services with the precepts of social responsibility required by the Brazilian and international markets.

So when a company decides to hire the services, it is not only opting for the most modern standards of technology and quality in the contact center market, but is also aligning its own image with that of a social enterprise recognized in Brazil and abroad.

Staff selection always recognizes and offers opportunities to persons with disabilities, contributing to placing them in the job market and in the means of production. Training, which is always up-to-date, uses the same methodologies applied at AVAPE to provide free training for the public being served.
