In 2008 alone, AVAPE found places in the labor market for 1,215 persons with disabilities. In order to make this possible, we offer people Professional Rehabilitation and Training Programs, in addition to consultancy and advisory services for companies and organizations carrying out corporate education actions, through lectures and training courses, customized training processes, identification of talents for performing the different activities in the company, accessibility projects and the identification and analysis of job positions. In this manner we strive to prepare people and companies, meeting their needs and making inclusion something natural and continuous.
