With the aim of promoting the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market, AVAPE offers courses that provide participants with wider conditions of employability and competitive position. So by making people economically active, AVAPE enables them to recover their dignity and role in society by improving the each student’s self-esteem. The courses are drawn up following an analysis of labor market requirements, the demand for vacancies and the prospects of opportunities opening up to these professionals. Over 30 courses are currently offered, divided into four areas:
- Business and Administration: business writing, administrative routines, communication and expression for the labor market, entrepreneurship, personnel department, small business management and marketing.
- Tourism and Events: travel agency management, organization of tourist programs, promotional events, tourism sales, child recreation techniques and basic waiter training. - Informatics: MS Office package, typing, basic informatics, Internet, HTML, microcomputer maintenance and installation and informatics applied to business writing. - Customer Service: reception and customer service, telemarketing and professional etiquette. |
